Andy's First Sketti

We took advantage of some gorgeous weather and ate on the back porch last night. I noticed the catchlights in Andy's eyes were at 2:00. :) Can you tell I'm starting to learn some things? So, I grabbed the camera and had some fun.

Spaghetti wasn't on his menu originally, but I figured it would be fun to photograph.

I've been admiring some other blogs like Amy Rose-King and Life in Motion. I just kept trying to get the eyes to "pop" like their photos. Granted, there are some photoshop secrets I'm working on as well. But, these are all just straight out of the camera (OOC). I may play with them a little later... I have a tour coming up this week and time on a plane and in a hotel room... sans kids! I digress....

I love this expression. "Please, Mommy (prounounced: Muuuuuuuummmmmmm), may I have some more sketti?"
I just can't get enough of his sweet baby blues.

Rob says this photo looks like him (Rob). I think it looks a lot like my brother, Jeremy.





After a mess like that, a bath is definitely in order. He still cracks me up everytime I see him stand up on those stubby little legs with his super long torso.
I don't know..... I'm not giving up hope on the curls just yet.
Sweet boy, you bring me such joy. Thank you, Lord, for such a blessing.
