Anyhow, we made another attempt with these shirts this morning in the front yard since the clouds were all cloudy and such. Each time I do these, I learn something. My instructor says if you want to eliminate camera shake, your shutter speed needs to be faster than your lens length. So, to get the focus length I wanted, I brought it all the way down to 1/50 and used my nifty fifty lens. Well, this time around I learned that you also have to take into account that children "shake". So, if my shutter was slower than 1/125, I got a blurry child. Granted, the backdrop looked fantastic... ;) So, I learned yet more today. And, I lost more great expressions. Oh well. I'm somewhat happy with these below....
I added a prop this time in hopes of keeping the interest. After all, my kids are about as sick of this little T-Shirt game as I am. :) Plus, how cute is it to have a photo of Big Sister Suzy ready the bible stories to her Little Brother?
Oh, who am I kidding, Andy is Rob's "mini me". He's already reading them to himself.
But, just in case he misses a few of the words...I love this one, but you can't see the writing on the shirts.
Again, no "big sister"
Hey... come back here! Mom says we aren't done and I WANT MORE JELLY BELLIES (Suzy's latest bribe for sitting through this mess.)
Here we have "big sister" but lost "little brother". Maybe I just need to frame them as a series? Can I be done then?
I love you Suzy and Andy! I hope you continue to be great friends and encourage each other through God's Word.

You could totally do a series! You have permission to stop if you want to... but also to continue to if you want to. =) Not that I am in any position to give you permission for anything!
They are so cute and I love the shirts... especially the one where big sister is pulling back little brother.
Oh Marti! You crack me up! :o)
If nothing else it has proven to be some great entertainment for the rest of us.
These pictures are adorable!
It's obvious that they are big sister/little brother. People won't have to read it on their shirts to know. And even if the photo shows a hint of the writing, it is easy to assume the rest. I think you definitely got some winners! I especially love them reading the Bible stories together. It is a really tender moment.
i just bought those same shirts. i can't wait to have my photo sessions with adelaide and new baby.
